Rimfire .22 rifles have been a staple of Canadian Shooting Sports for over 100 years. Sports shooters have pushed thier firearms and their skills to the limits through different type of rifle competitions such as Biathalon or Metallic Silhouette.
In the last few years, Rimfire Precision Rifle Shooting has taken off internationally. Initally using centrefire rifles for precision competions, such as F-Class; Service Rifle etc, these competitors began searching out opportunities to have the same balistic and physical challenges, except at shorter distances. Rimfire Precision was born and has exploded in popularity as participants from around the world join this exciting and challenging sport.

Precision Rimfire Matches hosted on beautiful Vancouver Island BC at Courtenay and District Fish and Game Protective Association, Nanaimo Fish and Game Club and Victoria Fish and Game club support multiple leagues for all shooters.
